Experiencing God in the Valley

What do we do when God doesn't answer our prayer or act in a way we want Him to act? We need to see things from His perspective and recognize that He always acts for our eternal good. Just like Jesus did when He didn't visit Lazarus, who died, so that the disciples would experience his miraculous resurrection.
