Live Differently Because of the Love of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is still on His throne today, and if He's in your heart as Savior and Lord, everything changes. No matter what busyness fills your week, what struggles surround you, I want to remind you that God's counsel will prevail over all our plans. His faithfulness never changes, and because of that, we must live differently. The Book of Philippians shows us how God transforms lives through the love of Jesus Christ. He started a church in Philippi from nothing, through persecution and joy, through a businesswoman named Lydia, through a demon-possessed girl set free, through a hardened Roman jailer whose heart was broken open. That same God is still at work in your life today, still building you, still expanding your capacity to know Him and serve Him with everything you have.
So I'm here to challenge you to live differently because of Jesus. He gave His life for you, not just as a transaction but as a complete sacrifice of love. When you understand that, morning and night, everything about your life rotates around Him. You're not just here to celebrate on Sunday but to run the race He's called you to run with discipline, with excellence, with the attitude of Christ. Whether you're dealing with anxiety or doubt, whether you're struggling to forgive or to serve, whether you're just trying to figure out your next step, I tell you Jesus Christ is enough. He can do all things through His strength, and He wants you to depend on Him for everything. Today is your day to say, "Here I am, Lord. Transform me. Use me. I'm Yours."
