Thanks Be to God!
Paul’s letter to the Colossian church, though written centuries ago, speaks directly to us today. He reminds us that our identity in Christ supersedes everything else—our background, our struggles, and our circumstances. As believers, we are called to live out our faith in tangible ways, demonstrating love and kindness that reflect Jesus to the world around us. Just as Paul gave thanks for the faith and love of the Colossians, we too must recognize and celebrate the work God is doing in our lives and our church.
This message challenges us to examine how our faith is expressed daily. Simple acts of kindness, like returning a grocery cart, can be powerful testimonies of our commitment to Christ. We’re called to grow in our knowledge of God and let that knowledge transform the way we live. As we walk in faith, let our actions—big or small—shine brightly as a witness to the world, giving glory to God and pointing others to the hope we have in Jesus.
