Guard Against Pride

Pride truly is at the core of all our sins.

How do we guard against pride in ministry? There are three main ways we should guard against it.

First, beware of pride in our own greatness.
True greatness in God's kingdom is found in serving the least of these.

Second, guard against pride in our groups.
If it's another genuine ministry, why do we become so tribal?

Third, be cautious about pride in our zeal.
Zeal is a wonderful thing, and passion for the Lord is inspiring. But we must ensure it is directed rightly.

Let us guard against pride in our ministry by focusing solely on preaching Christ, and Christ crucified, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to everyone.
