The Transfiguration as Proof of Christ’s Divinity

​Jesus is God; Jesus was not reincarnated as any of the other Old Testament prophets, as the crowds thought in ancient times. This affirms that God the Father recognizes once more Jesus' divinity, His purpose, and His plan, so we can rest assured that Jesus is God. We can be confident that Jesus is not just one of these other well-meaning theories that people claim He is. Jesus is what the Bible tells us He is. Because of Jesus and the finished work of the cross, we can live our lives accordingly - sharing with others and telling everyone about the hope within us: the hope of Jesus Christ, who came to take away the sins of the world, died on the cross, and rose again on the third day so that we may be saved.
