Peace During Troubled Times

​Peace is something we can find regardless of circumstances. Jesus, the Prince of Peace, came into this world as both fully man and fully God to be a ransom for many. He came to pay the price for our sins, was crucified and died on the cross, even though he was innocent, taking the payment we deserve for our sins because all of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. He took that payment, died on the cross, but did not stay dead; he rose on the third day, conquering death, the grave, and sin. Through faith in him as our Lord and Savior, we can be born again and spend eternity with him in paradise. That is why we can have a peace that surpasses all understanding because of the Prince of Peace. I encourage you to experience that peace this Christmas season.
